Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, utilizing HRIS and ATS systems, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing needs. The Recruiter will play a key role in strengthening our talent acquisition strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and enhancing our employer brand through effective social media management and campus recruitment initiatives.
Duties
· Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn and ADP WFN to attract qualified candidates.
· Conduct interviews and coordinate assessment processes to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles.
· Manage HR sourcing activities including cold calling, lead generation, and social media outreach to build a robust talent pipeline.
· Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions, candidate evaluation, and selection processes.
· Utilize HRIS systems like ADP Workforce Now for applicant tracking, employee onboarding, and data management.
· Facilitate employee orientation sessions and assist in employee evaluation processes.
· Support succession planning, training & development programs, and employee relations initiatives.
· Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information within ATS systems.
· Engage in campus recruitment efforts to attract emerging talent from universities and colleges.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within a human resources environment.
· Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as ADP.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate offers and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
· Familiarity with employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
· Experience with social media management for employer branding and candidate sourcing.
· Ability to conduct interviews confidently and assess candidate qualifications accurately.
· Strong research skills for market analysis and talent mapping.
· Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including cold calling and lead generation strategies.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
· Proven experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition.
· Minimum 2 years in related field.

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
