Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Material Handler, responsible for helping in the processes of loading and unloading trucks using overhead hoists as well as operating forklifts and lulls to manage material around the yard and shop.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, lulls, and cranes to move material throughout the facility.
Load and unload trucks with raw stock and finished product.
Sort materials into designated zones.
Safely operate heavy equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications

Experience in the steel industry perferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to material handling equipment.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
Familiarity with shipping/receiving operations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
