Controlled from Start to Finish
Our quality process covers the full production lifecycle:
- Material receiving & traceability — Every piece of incoming material is verified against order specs and tagged for full traceability throughout production.
- In-process inspection — Dimensional checks, fit-up verification, and weld inspection happen at key production milestones, not just at final review.
- Final inspection — Completed assemblies are reviewed against customer drawings and specifications before release.
- Documentation — Full records are maintained for every order, available upon request.
First Article & PPAP Capabilities
For customers in industries where first-article inspection and production part approval are required, we’re ready. Our team is experienced in preparing and submitting FAI and PPAP documentation packages — giving your engineering and quality teams the verification they need before full production begins.
